Where do they go in the morning?

Fairy friends
come out at night
they search through
your pockets,
they peak into your shoes
shining lights
out the holes

Fairies hold grand
tea parties with
your horses and lego creatures
serving honeysuckle nectar
and raspberries

They dig under your bed,
looking for loose car parts
or more change.  They scrounge

for lost dolls, lost socks, and lost books.

Very boldly they
look in your ears,
taking out that extra wax
then up your nose
in case a raisin
got stuck

Sun’s up –
fly fairies fly
away to your nests
tucked in by robin’s red breast.
